OPTIMISM IS MY WEAPON.




Having faith and to remain optimistic of the situations around you isn’t easy when you are facing chaos , heart break and trauma around you ..But remember hard times and hurts create human beings that heal.. Every challenge endured will not only help you rise but also will allow you to help others rise When offering advise to anyone the most common phrases you tend to hear “ Easier said than done ‘.” You can never understand“ “ it’s easy to say” 

We are living in a tumultuous and divided times. It can feel like the world is regressing in real time after years of progress. The future looks bleak and as we are sacrificing longer term interests and for short term benefits 
Optimism isn’t something that can be inculcated overnight it is very important to see good in everything , this improves the way we perceive things and people.Being optimistic endures that we do not give up !

Here I remember a quote really don’t know quoted by whom
“I cant change the directions of the wind but I can adjust my sails to reach my destination “
There are times when nothing seems to be working out as desired every thing works against what we want to do and it seems the entire universe is conspiring against us!!

Being optimistic doesn’t mean that you just have to be happy and wait for things to work out your way in fact what it actually means is believing you can make things happen even when circumstances are at war with you.

Quit being a victim : it is easier to assume the role of a victim during tough times than taking responsibilities for yourself.but doing so will only prolong your suffering and put off people who may be able to help you out !
Letting go off the victim label also frees you from resentment and bitterness which will only jam up the creative energies which you need to get out of the mess.

In orderly be a positive influence or just stay sane, you need to take care of yourself . You must guard your internal well-being  and embrace a world view that reminds you of all good people on this earth and alleviates any fear, sadness , hopelessness or anger you feel!


Also sharing some ideas with you that might support you on this .Most of them are simple and easy to do . I know simple and easy sounds good right now !

Here I list them below:

1) Listen to uplifting music; maybe even have your own personal dance party.

2) Go for brisk walk.

3) Vent your frustrations on a paper and then destroy it in some way.

4) Pray.

5) Watch cat, puppy or baby videos.

6) Stop watching news or at least limit your exposure to it.

7) Watch a funny movie or do something that makes you laugh. 

8) Spend time in nature's presence.

9) BAM what upsets you (Bless it and Move on)

10) Snuggle with your kids or pets. 

11) Surround yourself with people who lift you up. 

12) Volunteer or find some one worse off than you and help them.

13) Take a little extra time with your appearance and wear something you feel great in.

14) Read something uplifting.

15) Smile- it literally puts your brain in a more positive state.
